Ecommerce Marketing Manager

DecksDirect is looking for an energetic Marketing Manager to lead our retail Ecommerce department. The Marketing Manager will lead, manage and be accountable for all aspects of marketing, branding and Ecommerce UX and development.  The Marketing Manager will be an active participant in the leadership team to grow the department and the company. This role requires you to roll up your sleeves and make an impact right away. Join us and help continue the growth that the company has been experiencing.   

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of 8 direct reports (and growing) while reinforcing the company’s purpose and values
  • Develop, review and analyze marketing budgets and forecasts
  • Managing the day to day needs of the marketing department
  • Conduct annual performance reviews and quarterly assessments
  • Continue to enhance and refine marketing processes and cycles
  • Manage and develop key performance metrics and weekly scorecards
  • Leading product merchandising, SEM, video, email marketing, ecommerce development, user experience and digital marketing.
  • Anticipate the needs of external and internal customers
  • Implement solutions in a way that will enhance the customers’ experience

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or Communications
  • At least 3 years of digital marketing and leadership experience
  • Excellent technology skills (working knowledge of Ecommerce platforms, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript)
  • Must demonstrate the ability to assess situations and quickly provide solutions
  • Ability to manage time, task, projects and priorities to meet daily, weekly and monthly deadlines
  • Netsuite ERP, Magento Ecommerce platform or similar experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with EOS (Traction) preferred

Position Details:

  • Full-time position
  • Internal position (not remote)
  • This position will require work hours beyond the normal workday based on the demands and seasonality of our business and customer volume.  It has a high demand for tight deadlines and immediacy in providing solutions and answers.
  • Travel is extremely minimal but required
  • Salary is negotiable, commensurate with experience
