Inside Support Associate

Location: Minneapolis, MN

DecksDirect is looking for an organized and proactive Inside Support Specialist to join our dynamic and fun-loving team and be part of our rapidly expanding business in Minneapolis, MN.  This associate would need to be able to work in a fast-paced office setting.  This position requires supporting our customer service associates with daily tasks and follow ups and providing accountability, administration and organization to the customer service team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and communicate daily schedule of tasks, phone calls and follow ups
  • Keep team members accountable to internal process and tasks
  • Keep pulse on capacity of team and identify key areas of opportunity
  • Provide administrative and organizational support to team at large and individual associates

Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Computer experience in Microsoft Office products (e.g. Word, Excel & Outlook)
  • Ability to work and collaborate as a team
  • Ability to provide individualized support based on team members' needs
  • Multi-tasking and organizational skills are a must

Position Details:

  • Inside Support Specialist is a full-time, hourly position
  • Position Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday
  • Hourly Rate: $15-$18 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience
